The cabinet has a «Handbook» section: step-by-step instructions for every part of it and answers to common questions. Most questions are answered there in a minute.

Questions about the service in general are on the homepage, in the «What people usually ask» block.

• Describe what you did and what you expected to see. A screenshot saves a lot of back and forth.

Do not send patients' medical data by email: names, lab results, diagnoses. The number of the record or request in the cabinet is enough, we will see the rest ourselves.

We are preparing an assistant inside the cabinet: it will answer questions about the service straight away, without waiting for an email, and pass on to a human whatever it could not solve itself. Until then, write to us by email — that works.
