Public offer

• This document is an official offer by ФОП Каспер Станіслав Богданович (hereinafter — the Provider) to enter into a contract for access to the Doclink service on the terms set out below.
• The Customer is a doctor or health professional who has registered a cabinet in the service.
• The contract is considered concluded from the moment the subscription is paid. No separate paper copy is required.
• The Terms of service, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy form an integral part of this contract.

The Provider grants the Customer access to the Doclink online service, and the Customer pays for that access on the terms of the chosen plan.

The Provider provides no medical services. Medical consultations are provided by the Customer independently, and the Customer bears full responsibility for them.

• The first 7 days of access are free. Nothing is charged for that period and no payment details are required.
• The «One month» plan — 590 ₴ for 1 month.
• The «3 months» plan — 1,490 ₴ for 3 months.
• The «6 months» plan — 2,790 ₴ for 6 months.
• Payment is made in advance by bank card through a payment service. Card details are not passed to the Provider.
• The service is considered rendered for every day on which the Customer had access to the cabinet.

• After the first payment the subscription renews automatically for the same term, unless the Customer has switched automatic renewal off. The price of the current plan is charged.
• The charge is made one day before the paid period ends. 3 days before that the Provider sends the Customer an email with the amount and the date.
• The payment service passes the Provider only a card token — an encrypted identifier that cannot be used outside this service. The Provider does not store the card number.
• Automatic renewal is switched off by the Customer in the cabinet, in the «Subscription» section, without contacting support. Access is kept until the end of the period already paid for.
• If a charge fails, the Provider retries no more than once a day and no more than 3 times, and notifies the Customer about it. After that, access switches to view-only until the next payment.

Set out in the Terms of service (sections 6 and 7) and binding on both parties.

• The Provider is responsible for the operation of the service and the safekeeping of data within the limits described in the Terms and the Privacy policy.
• The Provider is not responsible for the quality of the Customer's medical services, the content of their page or their settlements with patients.
• The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the current subscription period.
• The parties are released from liability in circumstances of force majeure.

• The contract is valid for the paid period and continues with the next payment.
• The Customer may terminate the contract at any time by cancelling the subscription. Access is kept until the end of the paid period.
• The Provider may terminate the contract for a breach of the Terms, notifying the Customer by email.
