Terms of service

Doclink is an online service for doctors who run their own blog. It gives the doctor a public page, an intake test for their audience, a queue of requests, a booking calendar, patient cards, reminders and payment tools.

Doclink provides no medical services, makes no diagnoses and prescribes no treatment. The service is the doctor's tool. Medical decisions are made solely by the doctor consulting the patient.

• The cabinet is intended for doctors and health professionals entitled to provide consultations under the laws of Ukraine.
• Sign-up requires an invitation code. We may decline to create a cabinet without stating a reason.
• One cabinet — one specialist. Access may not be passed on to third parties.
• Patients do not create cabinets of their own: they use the public page of their doctor.

• The doctor's public page and the intake test builder.
• The queue of requests, patient cards, the calendar and bookings.
• Reminders for patients and tasks for the doctor.
• 100 AI analyses a month. Beyond that, analyses are bought in packages. The trial period includes 3 — enough to see how it works; the full number unlocks with payment.
• Analytics for the page, the funnel and earnings.
• Service updates throughout the subscription period.

• Access to the cabinet is granted immediately after sign-up. The first 7 days are free, with the full set of features.
• After payment, access is extended for the chosen period from the moment the funds are credited.
• The service runs around the clock. Planned maintenance is carried out during the quietest hours, and we warn in advance if it affects availability.
• If the subscription is not renewed, the cabinet switches to view-only: data is kept, but new records cannot be created.

Even in view-only mode the doctor's public page and patient booking keep working. Patients should not suffer over a doctor's overdue payment.

The subscription is paid in advance for the chosen period:

• One month - 590 ₴
• 3 months - 1,490 ₴ (≈497 ₴/mo)
• 6 months - 2,790 ₴ (≈465 ₴/mo)

• Payment methods: Visa and Mastercard bank cards through a payment service. Card details are processed by the payment system; the service does not store them.
• Prices are stated in hryvnia. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change does not apply to a period already paid for.
• Patient payments to the doctor bypass the service and go straight to the doctor's checkout. We withhold no commission from them.

• To provide truthful information about themselves and not to impersonate another person.
• To process patient data in accordance with the law, obtain consent and not pass data to third parties without grounds.
• Not to use the service to advertise medicines and methods prohibited by law, or to claim guaranteed cures.
• To be solely responsible for the content of their public page, tests and the materials they sell.
• Not to attempt access to other people's cabinets and not to interfere with the operation of the service.

• To keep the service running, store data encrypted and maintain a log of access to it.
• Not to use patient data for our own purposes and not to pass it to third parties, except where directly required by law.
• The service is provided «as is». We guarantee no particular number of patients or amount of income: the result depends on the audience and the doctor's work.
• We are not responsible for the quality of the doctor's medical services or for their settlements with patients.
• AI analyses are for reference and are not a medical conclusion.

• The doctor may leave the service at any time by cancelling the subscription in the cabinet.
• We may suspend access for a breach of these terms or of the law, with notice by email — and immediately where patient data is at risk.
• After access ends, data is kept for 90 days and then deleted. It can be exported on request before that period is over.

We may update these terms. We give notice of material changes by email to the cabinet's address at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you agree to them.
